Overview

Work-related injury/illnesses that prevent an employee from working his/her regular duty are the costliest to both the injured worker and our organization. Administering a Disability Management/Return to Work program is an essential component for a successful workers’ compensation program to meet the mutual objectives of:

Assisting the injured worker in making a recovery to returning to his/her regular duty
Efficiently managing the cost of the workers’ compensation program
