Lost or Stolen Fuel Card Procedures

Cardholder:

Immediately call US Bank/ Voyager 1-800-987-6591.
Call your Agency Fuel Card Coordinator

Agency Fuel Card Coordinator:

Confirm that the cardholder reported their card lost or stolen to the bank.
Perform Account Maintenance action in Fleet Commander Online. This action will result in the automatic re-issuance of a replacement card.
