Authorizes certain benefit changes for managerial and confidential employees assigned to the MP pay plan as follows: non-standard workweek - variable work week of at least 35 hours; $150,000 for managerial development; tuition reimbursement 100% of actual tuition charge for work-related courses
Form used for employees fo apply for tuition reimbursement. Must be submitted to agency tuition reimbursement officer no later than two weeks prior to the start of the course.
